Jimi Hendrix '...and a Happy New Year' vinyl picture disc, a promotional single, released December 1974 by Reprise Records, catalog number PRO 595.  A rare unofficial release, made in the USA, produced by Alan Douglas.  One side has 'Little Drummer Boy' and 'Silent Night' the other side has 'Auld Lang Syne' preformed by the Band Of Gypsys, December 1969.
There is also a counterfeit or fake version of this single (usually and mistakenly referred to as a bootleg) which looks the same as the legitimate Reprise single.

The 'Auld Lang Syne' Side
