The Police 'Roxanne' / 'Can't Stand Losing You' badge shaped picture disc, a 1979 US promotional record, not an official release.  It has two catalog numbers, the 'Roxanne' side has number AM-2096 on it, the 'Can't Stand Losing You' side has number AM-2147.  It's was made in the USA, only 5,000 copies were made.
The is also another vinyl 'The Police' badge shaped picture disc, that was released in 1995 and looks similar to this one.  It was released in the UK as a promotional single, catalog number 581-036 for the release of the 1995 2-CD set 'The Police Live'.  It came in a soft plastic sleeve instead of a cardboard wallet.  It has live versions of 'Roxanne' and 'I Can't Stand Losing You' instead of studio versions.

Roxanne Side In The Sleeve — a giant cardboard wallet which folds over with the record inside.

Can't Stand Losing You Side — has the A&M logo under the center hole and a Pic Disc Inc logo under the catalog number, the Roxanne side doesn't have either.
